• July 22, 2009

pen tender announcement for a contractor for architectural design development for Phase I of the Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park project. During the tender process the contractor identified was: Pracownia Architektury Przemysłowej Dr. Architect Witold Prętki, P.E., with whom the contract was signed on October 19, 2009.

• March 1, 2010

Contract signed between the Gmina of Tarnobrzeg and the company “PROGRESS CONSULTING” Sp. z. o.o. of Wrocław for the preparation of a feasibility study for the Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park - Phase I.

• July 22, 2010

Open tender to identify a Project Management Company to oversee project implementation to include investor supervision. The Contractor identified was Grontmij Polska Sp. z o.o., with whom a contact was signed on September 23, 2010.

• December 14, 2010

Contract no. POPW. 01.03.00-18-004/10-00 was signed for the financing of Project No. POPW.01.03.00-18-004/10 “Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park” within the framework of the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland 2007-2013, Priority axis I A Modern Economy, Action I.3 Support of innovation, between the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in Warsaw and the Gmina of Tarnobrzeg.

• November 18, 2011

Open tender to identify a contractor for construction works. Contractor identified: Polbud S.A. of Bielsko Podlaskie. On February 16, 2012 a contract was signed to perform the investment.

• March 14, 2012

Open tender for the design preparation for the roundabout and internal roads (loop) at Al. Warszawska. Construction of the roundabout as an improvement in road access to the Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park. The contractor identified was: “NEOINVEST” Sp. z o.o. of Kielce, with whom the contract was concluded on April 16, 2012.

• April 5, 2013

Tender to identify a Project Management Company for management of project implementation for additional scope: roundabout and road loop. The contractor chosen was: Grontmij Polska Sp. z o.o., with whom the contract was signed on May 15, 2013.

• June 7, 2013

Open tender to identify a contractor for construction works: the roundabout and road loop.

• June 14, 2013

Tender to identify a contractor for the supply of an elevator, to include assembly. Contractor: LIFT RZESZÓW windy i schody ruchome Jan Kruczek i Wspólnicy. S.J.

Final commissioning of construction works, Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park.

The appendix No 7 singed by Polish Agency of Enterprise Development and President of Tarnobrzeg Mr Grzegorz  Kiełb to continue investment in Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park with total value in excess of 3 million PLN.

• February 6, 2015

There were 10 active investors in the Park at the end of 2014. They rented 30.1 % of the production area. 35 jobs were created and level of investment reached value of 2.8 million PLN. Some of investment planned by investors for 2014 to be continued in 2015.

• February 11, 2015

4 compressors were delivered to the Park. Planned readiness of equipment to operate on Wednesday February 18.
