Location
The Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park is located at the intersection of Aleja Warszawska (road no 723 Tarnobrzeg – Sandomierz) and ul. Batalionów Chłopskich in Tarnobrzeg, Osiedle Zakrzów. The entire Park is the property of the Gmina of Tarnobrzeg and encompasses approx. 28 ha.
The land plot numbers included in the Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park are:
406/36, 406/37, 406/38, 406/39, 406/41, 406/42, 406/43, 406/44, and 406/45, 406/53, 406/54, 406/55, 783/8
With the goal of creating the conditions to realize the objectives set before TIPT within the framework of Phase I of the investment, the following infrastructure was built on land plot 2.8 ha in area:
- production hall 3,076 m2 in area, equipped with necessary utilities and spatial amenities;
- Industrial and Technology Incubator facility 3,189 m2 in area, furnished with necessary utilities and spatial amenities, adapted for the provision of innovative services connected with the transfer of technology;
- access roads, vehicle maneuver areas and parking spaces. Road access to the facility complex from Al. Warszawska and ul. Batalionów Chłopskich, access roads along the production hall and incubator;
- access roads and drainage, (approx. 2.2 ha in area) for the further development of TITP;
- energy utilities provision: electrical energy + gas. Provision of electrical energy for the transformer 400 kVA/380 kW at the entrance from Al. Warszawska, supply of natural gas to the hall and incubator building;
- sewage, rainwater and water system for the entire TITP area.
- roundabout on Al. Warszawska allowing for the convenient and accident-free entrance onto the TIPT site.
